Plastic Injection Moulding

Plastic injection moulding is a manufacturing process in which molten thermoplastic or thermoset material is injected under pressure into a precision steel mould, then cooled and ejected as a finished component. It is the most efficient way to produce complex plastic parts in high volume with tight tolerances and excellent part-to-part repeatability, making it ideal for switchgear, electrical and electronic components.
